About

Tony Capony Pizza is a neighborhood brick-oven shop built on family recipes, loud laughter, and just the right amount of char.

It started as a tiny counter in Eau Claire where Tony would hand-toss dough for his friends after late shifts at the market. Word spread fast: the sauce was slow-simmered, the mozzarella was sliced fresh, and the crust crackled just enough to make people smile.

Today we are still obsessed with the basics. Every batch of dough gets a long cold rise, our tomatoes are crushed in-house, and the ovens stay hot until the last pie of the night. We keep the vibe warm, the music classic, and the tables ready for another round.

Our Dough

Fermented for 48 hours for a light, airy crust with deep flavor.

House Sauce

San Marzano tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and a splash of olive oil.

Community Table

Weekly slice nights and local band pop-ups in the back room.

Stop in, grab a slice, and leave with a little bit of Eau Claire in your pocket.
